Do the Playcards expire?
No, they don’t. The credits you’ve purchased for a Playcard remain on the Playcard and do not incur fees for inactivity. Also, all redemption tickets placed on the card will not expire. Your Playcard will be just as you left it, ready for another visit at a later date!
This excludes special promotions and offerings that have specific expiration dates. Review your promotional offer receipt to verify expiry date.
Can I combine multiple discounts, promotions, or coupon codes on a single purchase?
Please note that discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be combined. Each offer is valid independently and may not be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to choose the offer that best suits your needs.
Can I transfer my funds to another Playcard?
Absolutely! On your next visit, just ask one of our friendly guest service reps for assistance, and they’ll be happy to help you out!
What if I lose my Playcard?
If you happen to misplace your Playcard while having a blast at Castle Fun Park, don’t panic! If you have your receipt, our awesome guest service reps can track it down for you. And if you’ve registered your card with us, we can find it anywhere- whether you’re still in the park or off on an adventure elsewhere! Just let us know, and we’ll help you get back to the fun!
How do I check my Playcard balance?
Visit our online store and click “CHECK CARD BALANCE” at the top of the screen. You will need your card number, which is the first 10 digits on the back of the card, and the PIN, which is the last 3 digits.
