Castle Fun Park offers free admission and free parking. All attractions and games are charged on a per usage basis. It is your choice how much you wish to spend based on what you want to do!
Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside.
We have a concession with beverages and snacks inside the park. We hope to reopen our kitchen in late 2023.
Your Playcard is your passport to enjoying everything Castle Fun Park has to offer! You can load the Playcard with any dollar amount you wish, and then swipe it at any game and attraction to play. Playcards loaded with a dollar amount can also be used to pay for food and drinks. The dollar amount never expires from your Playcard!
No. The legislation that affects gift cards is the same for our Playcards- dollar amounts placed onto a Playcard remain on the Playcard and do not incur fees for inactivity. Also, all e-tickets placed on the card will not expire. Your Playcard will be just as you left it, ready for another visit at a later date!
We are currently in the process of redesigning our online store. The new site will be linked up soon, but the CHECK CARD BALANCE function is active already by clicking this link to the on-line store
The Card Number is the first 10 digits on the back of the card, and the PIN is the last 3 digits.
Your Playcard may be reloaded at the Park with a guest services rep, at any of our self serve kiosks, or online using your smartphone or home computer. Avoid the lines by reloading your card in the on-line store before you arrive at the Park or while you wait in the go-kart queue!
Yes. Give the gift of “fun” for your next holiday or birthday! If you prefer to do your shopping from the comfort of home or while on the go, you may go to the on-line store and purchase your Playcard. You will be emailed a digital voucher to print, or forward to your gift recipient. The voucher may be redeemed at the Park with a guest service rep in digital or printed format.
Electronic tickets are won when you play games with the multicolour swiper. Your Playcard will automatically store the e-tickets you win from playing games. There is no need to swipe again or worry about any lost tickets! You can redeem your tickets anytime in our “Prizes” area, where you can choose from an assortment of fantastic goodies!
For groups over 25 people in size, we offer 20% off all Playcards purchased.
(Playcards must be purchased in one transaction to receive the discount)
- To ride a Go-kart on your own, you must be at least 10 yrs. old and at least 54″ tall.
- Riders as young as 3 years old can ride as a passenger with an adult who is over age 16.
- You may only ride as a passenger in a double car if you do not meet the height and age requirements to drive a single car.
- All riders must wear helmets.
- To ride a Bumper Car, kids have to be 44” tall.
Yes, we have a wheelchair lift which operates between the main floor and the arcade floor.
Yes, Castle Fun Park provides rentals.
- The Go Kart track can be rented on a half-hour/ hourly basis when the track is closed to the public.
- We offer Lock-In Dry Grad Packages that offer park exclusivity after hours.
- Other Attraction rentals may be available upon request.

Castle Fun Park is proud to support charitable organizations within BC. To submit a donation request, please complete our Request Form. Please allow at least 4 weeks between the date of request and the date of the event. You will only be contacted if your request has been approved. If you do not receive a response within a month of submission, it means that we are unable to accommodate your request at this time.
